Post-wise Pay Scale & Educational Qualification

• Technician Grade-I (Signal): Pay Level-5 in 7th CPC (Initial Pay ₹29,200/- per month).
  Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation or 3-Year Diploma in Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech.
• Technician Grade-III (Various Trades): Pay Level-2 in 7th CPC (Initial Pay ₹19,900/- per month).
  Qualification: Matriculation / 10th Class pass PLUS ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT in relevant trade (or 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics for Signal & Telecom).

Age Limit & Application Fee

• Technician Grade-I: 18 to 36 Years (as on 01/07/2026).
• Technician Grade-III: 18 to 33 Years (as on 01/07/2026).
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) get 3 years, Ex-Servicemen get service period + 3 years.
• Application Fee: ₹500/- for UR/OBC (₹400 refunded on appearing in CBT); ₹250/- for SC/ST/Ex-SM/Female/EBC (Full ₹250 refunded on appearing in CBT).
