Eligibility Criteria & Beneficiary Priority

• The beneficiary must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• The composite annual household income must not exceed ₹2 Lakhs per annum.
• The family must hold a valid NFSA Ration Card.
• Priority Given to: Divyangjan (specially-abled persons), widows, divorced/separated women, unmarried women above 35 years, and families without an adult earning member.
• Exclusions: Families with regular government employees, pensioners, doctors, chartered accountants, income tax payees, or ownership of 4-wheelers/mechanized agricultural tractors.

How is the Benefit Transferred?

The financial assistance of ₹1,250 is transferred on the 10th of every month directly to the Aadhaar-seeded bank account of the nominated female head of the family through the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) / DBT.
